After School Care Program

PLEASE NOTE: 

  1. ALL ASC/CS services are PREPAID and must be paid for in full prior to the service period. Review the payment schedule in order to know payment due dates.
  2. All payments close on the 29th of every month (except February). If payment is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the 29th, you must contact the ASC office and request an invoice. A $10.00 late payment fee will be applied to the invoice.
  3. All payments must be made before 11:00 a.m. on the first service day of every month, otherwise your child will not be permitted to begin ASC until the following day.
  4. If you wish to Withdraw your child from the ASC/CS program, you must contact the ASC office.
  5. If you want to authorize your child to walk home parents must fill out and turn in the walk home authorization prior to your child being given permission to walk home.
  6. Any changes to your child’s dismissal procedures must be notified to the program manager, 341363@dadeschools.net, before 12:00 PM of the date of change

All students who are enrolled in the After-school Care Program for the 2023-2024 school year MUST have the following steps taken care of before being OFFICIALLY enrolled.  


1. All parent must activate their parent portal PRIOR to enrolling their child in the After-school Care Program. 

NOTE: The FOCUS registration app only works if your child is linked to your parent portal. If you need your parent pin, please visit the Main Office. Please allot 24 hours for the permissions to be granted. 


2. ALL students who are enrolled in the After-school Care Program MUST be enrolled in the onsite health insurance. Failure to enroll in the onsite insurance will be result of the child not being allowed to register for After-school Care.

3. The emergency contact information in the FOCUS app must be updated and or filled out thoroughly before being OFFICIALLY enrolled.
